Happy New Year! As we step into 2025, I am delighted to reflect on Okargo’s journey and share with you our plans for the year ahead. Thanks to your continued trust and collaboration, we are stronger than ever, ready to take on new challenges and seize opportunities in the world of maritime freight.
Looking back at 2024, we are proud of the progress we have made together. This year, we strengthened our commitment to keeping pace with market developments, integrating new connections such as HMM HI QUOTES and CMA SPOT ON, enabling our clients to access comprehensive and up-to-date information directly through our platform. We also enriched our platform by adding online rate information related to Reefer containers, addressing the growing needs of our users.
From integrating better visibility of rates differentiated by routings to adding details on space availability on board, Okargo now offers one of the most advanced FCL procurement management tools on the market. Another major innovation in 2024 was the launch of the Self Upload feature, which allows our clients to upload their rate sheets themselves in record time. With a specially designed Excel template, this feature ensures fast, reliable, and cost-effective rate management, while giving users greater autonomy.
Looking ahead to 2025, Okargo's mission is clear: to provide solutions that are faster, smarter, and more reliable for maritime freight procurement. With artificial intelligence, we aim to halve the time required to process rate sheets, while improving the reliability of available data. These advancements will enable our clients to save time, optimize their processes, and enjoy an enhanced user experience.
In 2025, we will also continue to strengthen our partnerships with shipping companies, ensuring greater security and reliability in our connections with their online portals. This collaborative effort will ensure the seamless integration of new data and position Okargo as a key innovator in the maritime procurement industry.
Our platform will continue to integrate new types of online offers provided by shipping lines. To simplify the management of complex rates and surcharges, we are developing tools specifically designed for procurement teams, offering a clear and structured overview of rates to optimize their negotiations.
Additionally, we will expand our coverage to include more Inland options, offering door-to-door and port-to-door solutions wherever they are provided by shipping lines. These carrier haulage services will allow our clients to visualize and compare inland options offered by ocean carriers, providing comprehensive visibility for complete container transport procurement and ensuring a centralized and streamlined management experience.
To help our clients adapt to these new advancements, we will offer new training tools and specific resources to make the most of the Okargo platform and fully leverage its new features.
