How to subscribe to Okargo?
You only need a valid e-mail address and will have to provide your name and company's name to request a free trial on our home page. We will offer you a free trial on our demo space and we will remain available for any further requests or inquiries you have when using the tool during this trial period. We will get back to you to discuss your needs and possibly set up a longer test using your actual data before you subscribe.
What does a free trial version mean?
A free trial version means that you get a temporary account to explore Okargo's different functions. We set up a login for you to access our demo space, allowing you to evaluate most of Okargo's functions and see how you can compare the details of the various offers proposed.
For how long am I able to use my free trial account?
Our free trial usually lasts one week. We believe that you will be able see the added value of Okargo within one week of fully testing our service but can extend the trial period if needed.
Is it possible for other employees at my company to also register and use Okargo?
Yes, it is possible. Each person at your company who will use Okargo will receive a username and password.

How reliable are the rates and information displayed on Okargo?
The Okargo database is very accurate. Our customer service team in charge of integrating your rates in the Okargo tool is well trained in reading and handling ocean price lists. We also have numerous custom software tools to help us keep the database as accurate as possible.
Is Okargo secure?
Indeed. We guarantee the security of all your data, which is protected by a login and password on encrypted servers. Nevertheless, we strongly recommend changing the password you get when opening your account in order to strengthen and maintain its security.
In which countries is Okargo available?
Okargo is available in every country and also supports multiple currencies.

Does Okargo have a customer support service and how much does it cost?
At any time, our clients and users can contact our customer service team using the phone number or e-mail address available on their personal page. The cost of this service is included in your Okargo user subscription.

Can I use Okargo on my computer?
Okargo is a web application, which means that you just need an internet connection and a web browser to access your personal account and all your rates.
Do I need to install Okargo?
No, since everything is online, you do not need to install anything. All you need is a PC, a supported browser (Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox) and an internet connection. However, you can download Okargo's application on your desktop if you don’t wish to use your web browser to access Okargo.
Which operating systems are supported by Okargo?
Every operating system is supported by Okargo. Since there is no installation required, Okargo will work as long as you have an internet connection and a supported browser (Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox).
Which browsers are supported by Okargo?
Okargo supports Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Okargo can work on other browsers but is not optimized for them, so the display and some features might not work as well as they’re supposed to. If your browser is not listed or you encounter trouble using the web application, you can download our desktop application.
