Each quotation generated in the Quotation Module of the OKARGO tool is stored in the system, easily accessible by any registered OKARGO user of your company at any time. Stored quotations can be quickly duplicated when quoting repetitively for the same client etc. which substantially reduces double-work and quotation time. Furthermore, less experienced Sales Manager can quickly view quotations of their seasoned colleagues and use them as benchmark/templates, diminishing possible errors to a minimum.
Recently, we have also introduced the option of adding the success/failure status. Now you can easily track your success rate using various criteria (success rate by client, Sales Manager etc.). If you want to play with your data more in details or even create charts etc., you can download the entire quotation history of your company in a CSV file for advanced processing in Excel or other programmes.
