Dear Reader,

I am glad to have the opportunity to introduce the OKARGO Customer Service Team in charge of rate sheet processing and data uploads.

We are a dynamic, flexible and highly motivated team of 10 young professionals, communicating in 4 languages – French, English, German and Spanish, so we serve the vast majority of our clients in their mother tongue. With the team located in Bratislava, Slovakia, OKARGO has been successfully bucking the recent trend of transferring data processing capacities to low cost destinations in Asia that we have seen with some competitors and freight forwarders. Geographical and temporal proximity, data security and a “European mindset” have proven to be crucial for our clients, as well as the quality of our service.

Close proximity to our clients allows us to build close and personal relationships with them.  Each client is assigned an Account Manager, who becomes a stable contact at OKARGO for any enquiries related to rate sheet processing and can be easily and quickly contacted during the client’s working hours.

Each member of our team is highly trained in the pitfalls and details of rate sheets in various formats (PDF, MS OFFICE, email message etc.) and layouts depending on the carrier (rate sheets from over 30 carriers have been processed by our team so far).

Apart from rate sheet processing, we continuously participate in secondary projects aimed at improving our system and developing automated processes that further minimize the probability of discrepancies and expedite the entire process.

We listen to our customers carefully, especially all comments and suggestions for improvement, and are looking forward to working with you in the months and years to come.
